JAMES BOND MOVIE POSTER STICKERS

Adesivi pubblicitari dei film «Moonraker - Operazione Spazio» e «Solo per i tuoi occhi», Italia, anni '80, rispettivamente cm 7 x 12,5 e cm 7 x 12.

Promotional stickers featuring the Italian locandina posters of Moonraker (left) and For Your Eyes Only (right), 1980s, Italy, 2.7” x 4.9” and 2.7” x 4.7” respectively.

These small stickers could be found on sale in most Italian cinemas during the 1980s along with dozens of other similarly-sized stickers reproducing posters of popular films of the period.

They were all printed in large quantities, which is why they are not so hard to find even today in their country of origin.

Some Italian Ebay sellers call these items “Cineadesivi” (Italian for “movie stickers”), but the more common terms used in classified or auction ads are either “Adesivi locandine film” or “Adesivi film”.

Aside from the pair pictured above, however, no other Bond film was included in this range of stickers.

BONDIANA BEGINS

Hello fellow James Bond collectors!

I’ve been a 007 fan since the age of 9, when I saw The Spy Who Loved Me during its original theatrical run in Italy in 1977.

This blog is meant to serve as a virtual gallery of James Bond collectibles from around the world.

Not all the photos you can see in this blog represent what I have in my possession, mind you – I just thought it would have been nice to collect data and photos about worldwide James Bond collectibles and put them into a single place.

If you would like to contribute photos and basic information about items that you think are worthy of inclusion in this blog, please write me at
f.ditalia@alice.it, stating if you would like your contribution to be acknowledged in the post with a photo credit.

Photo contributions can consist of JPEG files sent by e-mail.
